Wellness of the physical, mental & emotional body is a reflection of the health of the Earth Mother. A healthy relationship to self and others starts with nurturing our connection to Spirit and the Natural World.

Working with our plant allies, we can gain clarity and confidence in who we are, and what we need and want to feel spiritually aligned, connected, and authentic. The master herbalists would spend weeks in their garden, coming back to the same plant to watch, draw, and journal their observations while cultivating their relationship and understanding to plants. They would work with the plant in various herbal concoctions during a moon cycle, to experience the transformations of their medicine. The practice of dieting with plants for at least 21 days has been significant in many indigenous cultures and traditions to deepen our relationship, our knowing and understanding of the medicine plants have to offer—to connect with the Divine intelligence of the Plant Spirit. Ingesting the plant regularly allows you to receive the energetic frequencies and medicinal benefits of the plant. Doing so in sacred ceremony is an initiation to be in relationship with the plant.

This is an Invitation…

To reclaim our culture, our heritage, our womanhood to stand in our “witchy-ness” without persecution

To deepen our relationship to the plant and natural world

To experience personal transformation in a safe and collective space with others

To feel safe, nurtured, empowered, and LOVED in Sacred community!

To build on spiritual practices to implement for personal growth and healing!

To participate in Ceremony!

"The plants have enough spirit to transform our limited vision."

Why work with plants?

Herbalists and medicine people have been persecuted throughout history for various reasons, stripping us of our culture, traditions, sovereignty, and connection to Mother Earth. In Western society, the fear of being persecuted as a witch resulted in generations of wisdom being lost, minimized, and rejected. We became more disconnected from the truth of our being and our connection to the natural world—losing and forgetting the gifts we carry.

We were taught in herbalism school to pay attention to the plants growing around us, and the ones most abundant may be the medicine we and/or our family is needing at this time. Every year the plants are different in abundance… the perennials, the wild ones, and the annuals planted, trusting the medicine of the Earth Mother and her offerings.

Each year I like to choose a new plant to deepen my relationship… rose, elder, tobacco, mugwort, borage... Is there a plant growing abundantly around your home, asking for you to work with them, that you have wanted to know more about, or to revisit your relationship with? Is there a plant that was special to your family and/or your culture that you would like to understand more?

What is sovereignty?

To be sovereign is to build and create a life that reflects your authentic, inner soul… more meaningful, beautiful, safe, and connected... To own and take responsibility for all parts of ourselves, both the light and the shadow, as we stand with conviction in our unwavering truth!

As we continue to navigate the ongoing energetic shifts as individuals and as a collective, we are being asked to examine stories, beliefs, and our truths. What does it mean to be sovereign physically, emotional, and spiritually? What is needed to feel sovereign?

What I See + What I Believe

I see my community connecting more with the natural world, whether that be gardening, recreationally, and/or spiritually. I see so many people wanting to share their gifts with the world, and need more clarity, support, and resources to do so. So many people are overwhelmed with choices, decisions, and transitions—living in a time where our bodies are under continuous stress.

Interacting with the world with sacred intention supports the relationship to self, others, and nature. Working with plants supports our systems in adapting to the world we live in… so that we can be more clear, confident, strong, and sovereign. Plants are our allies and friends, wanting to support and be in relationship with us. When we are initiated in relationship with a plant, we become of sacred service to the plant, offering our voice and legs to carry the medicine into the human world. I believe we are all wisdom keepers with gifts to offer, and the plant spirits support the expression of these gifts!

I would be honored for you to join me as we deepen our relationship to self, each other, the Earth Mother, and our plant allies!
